How to Remove Mould on Fabric
Mould and mildew can grow on water-affected fabric and can be difficult to remove.
Use Concrobium Mould Control to safely eliminate mould on clothing, upholstery, vinyl, leather and many other fabrics without any bleach or discolouring.
Concrobium Mould Control will not discolour any hard or fabric surface but it is recommended that you test on an inconspicuous area first. Then take the following steps to proceed:
- Apply a thin, even coating of Concrobium Mould Control to the affected fabric surface.
- Allow to dry. As it dries, Concrobium Mould Control physically crushes the mould spores at the root, eliminating the existing mould.
- If needed, use a Concrobium dampened cloth or brush to wipe away any residual mould staining from the surface.
- As fabric and upholstery are prone to collecting dirt and moisture, re-apply a thin coating of the product to the affected surface to ensure continuous prevention against mould and mildew growth.
Have a room where all the furniture and upholstery smells musty? Try fogging Concrobium Mould Control in the room to eliminate mould and mildew smells immediately.
