TO DISINFECT AND SANITIZE
1. Test on an inconspicuous area before use.
2. Pre-clean heavily soiled areas.
3. Spray directly onto surface.
4. Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes.
5. Wipe with a clean cloth or allow to air dry. Avoid contamination of food during application and storage. For hard surfaces and/or objects that may come into direct contact with food, a rinse with potable water is recommended. - Questions & Answers
